Delete your account
Ilova orqali
- Ilovani oching va akkauntingizga kiring.
- Profil → Sozlamalar → Akkauntni o‘chirish ni tanlang.
- O‘chirishni tasdiqlang.
Ilovasiz
Ilovaga kira olmasangiz, akkauntingizga bog‘langan email yoki telefon raqami bilan support@mumsai.uz manziliga “Akkauntni o‘chirish” mavzusida yozing.
Nima o‘chiriladi
Akkaunt darhol yopiladi. Profil, farzand ma’lumotlari, kundalik va rasmlar, AI suhbatlari, yig‘i va tahlil natijalari, qurilma va bildirishnoma yozuvlari 7 kun ichida butunlay o‘chiriladi. Qonunan saqlanishi shart bo‘lgan to‘lov yozuvlari qonunda belgilangan muddatgacha saqlanishi mumkin.
In the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm.
Without the app
If you can’t sign in, email support@mumsai.uz from the email or phone number linked to your account with the subject “Delete account”.
What is deleted
Your account is closed immediately. Your profile, child data, diary and photos, AI chats, cry and lab results, device and notification records are permanently deleted within 7 days. Payment records that the law requires us to keep may be retained for the legally required period.
