1. Biz kimmiz

“Onalar Kundaligi: AI hamroh” mobil ilovasini Mums AI (O‘zbekiston) ishlab chiqadi. Ushbu siyosat ilova qanday ma’lumotlarni yig‘ishi, ulardan qanday foydalanishi va qanday himoya qilishini tushuntiradi. Savollar uchun: support@mumsai.uz.

2. Qanday ma’lumotlarni yig‘amiz

• Akkaunt: ism, email, profil rasmi; Google yoki Telegram identifikatori; Telegram orqali ulashgan telefon raqami.
• Homiladorlik va farzand: oxirgi hayz sanasi va taxminiy tug‘ruq sanasi; farzandingizning ismi, tug‘ilgan sanasi, jinsi, tug‘ilgandagi vazni va bo‘yi (agar kiritsangiz).
• Kundalik: qaydlar, rasmlar va kayfiyat belgilari.
• AI suhbat: matnli va ovozli xabarlar. Ovoz matnga aylantiriladi; suhbat matni saqlanadi.
• Yig‘i tahlili: qisqa audio yozuv va natija.
• LabScan: UZI yoki tahlil rasmlari va izohi.
• Qurilma: identifikator, model, OS va ilova versiyasi, til, vaqt mintaqasi, Firebase Installation ID, bildirishnoma ruxsati.
• Obuna: Premium holati va muddati. Karta ma’lumotlari Click/Payme’da kiritiladi — biz ularni olmaymiz.

Mikrofon faqat ovozli xabar yoki yig‘i tahlilini boshlaganingizda ishlatiladi. Rasmlar faqat siz tanlaganlari yuklanadi.

3. Ma’lumotlardan nima uchun foydalanamiz

• Ilova funksiyalari: hafta, rivojlanish, kundalik, eslatmalar.
• AI javoblari, yig‘i tahlili va LabScan izohi.
• Push-bildirishnomalar (sozlamalarda o‘chirishingiz mumkin).
• Xavfsizlik, xatolarni topish va sifatni yaxshilash.

Biz ma’lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz va reklama uchun ishlatmaymiz. Ilovada reklama yo‘q.

4. Kimlar bilan ulashamiz

Faqat xizmat uchun zarur bo‘lgan hollarda: Google (kirish, Firebase, Gemini), OpenAI (Anora matni), Telegram, Click/Payme, hosting provayderi. Qonun talab qilganda — vakolatli organlarga.

5. Tibbiy ogohlantirish

AI yordamchi, yig‘i tahlili va LabScan shifokor ko‘rigi o‘rnini bosmaydi. Shoshilinch holatda 103 ga qo‘ng‘iroq qiling.

6. Saqlash muddati

• Akkaunt ma’lumotlari akkaunt mavjud ekan saqlanadi.
• Bildirishnomalar 90 kundan keyin o‘chiriladi; 270 kun ishlatilmagan qurilma yozuvlari bekor qilinadi.
• Akkaunt o‘chirilganda darhol yopiladi; ma’lumotlar 7 kun ichida butunlay o‘chiriladi.

7. Xavfsizlik

Ma’lumotlar HTTPS orqali uzatiladi. Tokenlar qurilmada shifrlangan xotirada saqlanadi. Serverga kirish cheklangan.

8. Bolalar

Ilova 18+ onalar va bo‘lajak onalar uchun. Farzand ma’lumotlarini ota-ona kiritadi. 18 yoshgacha bilib turib akkaunt ochmaymiz.

• Ma’lumotlaringiz nusxasini so‘rash.
• Akkauntni o‘chirish — qanday qilish.

Siyosat o‘zgarsa, ushbu sahifada yangilangan sana bilan e’lon qilamiz; muhim o‘zgarishlar haqida ilovada xabar beramiz.

1. Who we are

The “Onalar Kundaligi: AI hamroh” mobile app is developed by Mums AI (Uzbekistan). This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used and protected. Contact: support@mumsai.uz.

2. Data we collect

• Account: name, email, profile photo; Google or Telegram account identifier; phone number shared via Telegram.
• Pregnancy and child: LMP and estimated due date; child’s name, date of birth, gender, birth weight and length (if entered).
• Diary: notes, photos and mood entries.
• AI chat: text and voice messages. Voice is transcribed; chat text is stored.
• Baby cry analysis: a short audio recording and its result.
• LabScan: ultrasound or lab images and their explanation.
• Device: identifier, model, OS and app version, language, time zone, Firebase Installation ID, notification permission.
• Subscription: Premium status and period. Card details stay with Click/Payme — we never receive them.

The microphone is used only when you start a voice message or cry analysis. Only photos you choose are uploaded.

3. How we use data

• To provide the app: pregnancy week, child development, diary, reminders.
• AI answers, cry analysis and lab explanations.
• Push notifications (you can turn them off).
• Account security, troubleshooting and improving the service.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. The app contains no ads.

4. Sharing

Only providers needed to run the app: Google (Sign-In, Firebase, Gemini), OpenAI (Anora text), Telegram, Click/Payme, hosting. We may disclose data to authorities where required by law.

5. Medical disclaimer

The AI assistant, cry analysis and LabScan provide general information and do not replace a doctor. In an emergency call 103.

6. Retention

• Account data is kept while your account exists.
• Notifications are deleted after 90 days; device records unused for 270 days are invalidated.
• When you delete your account it is closed immediately and your data is permanently deleted within 7 days.

7. Security

Data is sent only over HTTPS. Sign-in tokens are stored in encrypted device storage. Server access is restricted.

8. Children

The app is for adults (18+) — mothers and expectant mothers. Child information is entered by the parent. We do not knowingly create accounts for people under 18.

9. Your rights

• View and edit your profile and child data in the app.
• Request a copy of your data.
• Delete your account — how to.
• Turn off push notifications.

10. Changes

We will post changes on this page with a new date and notify you in the app about important ones.
